Can you recover my data if Apple or a local shop said it’s impossible?

Apple and most local shops don’t do board-level data recovery. If your iPhone has a power, charging, or logic board issue but the storage chip is still intact, we can often get it to boot just enough to safely extract your data.
Every case is different, but a “no” from Apple does not mean your data is gone.
